This has been an exciting ride and an engaging class. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and efforts throughout the semester. I didn't know what to expect when I first started and was hesitant to even take Japanese because I've never had a good experience with language classes prior. Before starting, I was still hesitant on whether or not I should drop this class since it didn't help further any of the academic or career goals I had set for myself— and I also promised myself to never take language classes after high school. But, I really enjoyed my time here. Although I loved all of my language teachers prior to this class, the overall learning experience was more stressful than enjoyable. This class gave me a newer and better experience with learning languages. Through out this journey, I've realized it doesn't matter whether or not taking Japanese (or any other languages for that matter) would help fulfill an academic or career goal because the learning of language itself is very remarkable and important.
Years from now, people won't ask me if I was a Japanese major or minor; instead, they'll ask, "Oh, do you speak Japanese?" I'll like to end this blog with this:
"Be greedy. Always keep learning. Be greedy with knowledge and challenge yourself. Take up a language class or something. No matter what, never stop learning" O(∩_∩)O~
