1. I think kyudo would be very similar to archery (given all the pictures we've seen of the Kyudo event this Saturday)...Aside from that, there's not much else I know; however, if it's similar to the Chinese form of archery that I've seen from shows, then I know that you can also shoot on horsebacks and is commonly used during wars before technologies like gunfire was popularized.
2. I think to be good at kyudo, you'll need a lot of strength just given the fact that the bows used are huge— to have the strength to carry it upwards and shoot multiple shots using the bow's tension would require a lot of strength.
3. Why did you decide to study/learn kyudo?
